IN-HOME SERVICE. 5.1 For products which are larger items, we will arrange for service to be undertaken on site if those services can be carried out effectively and safely. If services are required to be undertaken at our premises or an approved repairer’s premises, the cost to transport the product to those premises and back to your premises are at our cost.
