Common use of IN-NEGOTIATIONS CERTIFICATE Clause in Contracts

IN-NEGOTIATIONS CERTIFICATE. The COUNTY may request the CONSULTANT to execute a Truth-in-Negotiations Certificate ("Certificate"), in a form attached as EXHIBIT "F". The Certificate shall state that wage rates and other factual unit costs supporting the compensation are accurate, complete and current at the time this Agreement is executed. The original contract price and any additions thereto shall be adjusted to exclude any significant sums by which the COUNTY determines the contract price was increased due to inaccurate, incomplete or non-current wage rates or other factual unit costs.
