Common use of In November and February Clause in Contracts

In November and February. the Employer will provide the NWTTA with a listing of term teachers and the reasons for the terms. A representative of the Department of Education, Culture and Employment, the Department responsible for the administration of the Public Service Act and the President of the NWTTA, or designated, will meet to discuss any anomalies and address them.
