In-Service Professional Development. A. Collaboration Time 1. Teachers will be required to participate in a minimum of 36 hours annually of teacher-driven collaboration time to deliver educational programs and assess student learning, or to engage in peer review pursuant to section 284.8, subsection 1 of the Iowa Code.
