Common use of In-Service Programme Clause in Contracts

In-Service Programme. (a) Both the Hospital and the Union recognize their joint responsibility and commitment to provide, and to participate in, in-service education. The Union supports the principle of its members' responsibility for their own professional development and the Hospital will provide programmes related to the requirements of the Hospital. Available programmes will be publicized.
