Common use of In-Service Training Sessions Clause in Contracts

In-Service Training Sessions. In-service training sessions that are designed to improve the job performance of the classified employees and approved by the Superintendent shall take place during regular working hours at no loss of pay or benefits to the employees. If training assigned by the district is held outside of the time that is already compensated, the employee will receive additional compensation.
