Common use of in Seychelles Clause in Contracts

in Seychelles. (i) with regard to taxes withheld at source, in respect of amounts paid or credited on or after the first day of January in the year next following the date upon which the Agreement enters into force; or

in Seychelles. (i) with regard to taxes in respect of tax withheld at source, in respect of amounts paid or credited on income derived on or after the first day of January in the year next following the date upon which the this Agreement enters into force; orand
