In Table A. (a) Response Target means, in circumstances where the Customer has reported an incident to the helpline, the time within which the assigned resolver of the incident will have contacted the individual who reported the incident in order to confirm the details of the problem and confirm the Priority Number of the incident. A Response Target will not be applicable in circumstances where the Service Provider has been alerted by the automatic alert system;
(b) Resolution target means the time within which the issue will be resolved to the Customer's satisfaction.
In Table A. 1., Wisconsin does not support including the column on licensee timeliness for submitting written reports to Agreement States, as licensee reporting is extraneous to the objectives of SA-300.
In Table A. Lower values indicate greater suitability for dollarization in the first panel and fixity in bilateral exchange rates in the second. Points below the 45-degree line denote increased suitability for such exchange rate arrangements in the latter period.
