Common use of Inactive Term Clause in Contracts

Inactive Term. If Client becomes unable to use the Sessions due to disability, injury, or illness for a period of at least 3 months, then Client may elect inactive status for a minimum period of 3 consecutive months up to the length of the disability, injury, or illness, in which event the Term will be extended for a period equal to the duration of the disability, injury, or illness. Client's disability, injury, or illness must be confirmed in writing by a physician.
