Incentive Awards Program. 1. The Agency recognizes the importance to reward those employees that consistently excel in the performance of their duties. Therefore, the Agency will implement and maintain an Incentive Awards Program to recognize employee efforts. The Agency agrees that the Union will have a full voting member on the Incentive Awards Committee, and shall be provided a copy of the final results as approved by TAG.
