Common use of Incentive Bonus Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Incentive Bonus Eligibility. Beginning with calendar year 2000, the Executive shall be eligible to be paid an annual incentive cash bonus of up to one hundred percent (100%) of his Base Salary subject to performance criteria for the Company and Executive established from time to time by the Board of Directors, or its designee(s), and Executive.
