Common use of Incentive Bonus Clause in Contracts

Incentive Bonus. In addition to the base salary, Employee may receive a performance bonus during each year of employment with the Company under this Agreement equal to an amount to be determined by the CEO and the Compensation Committee of the Board. The amount of such annual performance bonus shall not be less than 50% of Employee’s then current base salary for the applicable fiscal year. Such performance bonus, if any, shall be based upon performance objectives to be mutually determined by the CEO and Employee.

Incentive Bonus. In addition to the base salary, Employee may receive a performance bonus during each year of employment with the Company under this Agreement equal to an amount to be determined by the CEO and the Compensation Committee of the Board. The amount of such annual performance bonus shall not be less than 5035% of Employee’s then current base salary for the applicable fiscal year. Such performance bonus, if any, shall be based upon performance objectives to be mutually determined by the CEO and Employee.

Such performance bonus, if any, shall be based upon performance objectives to be mutually determined by the CEO and Employee.

The amount of such annual performance bonus shall not be less than 5075% of Employee’s then current base salary for the applicable fiscal year. Such performance bonus, if any, shall be based upon performance objectives to be mutually determined by the CEO and/or COO and Employee.

Incentive Bonus. In addition to the base salary, Employee may receive a an annual performance bonus during each year of employment with the Company under this Agreement equal to an amount to be determined by the CEO and the Compensation Committee Board of the BoardDirectors. The amount of such annual performance bonus shall not be less than 50has a target of 100% percent of Employee’s 's then current base salary for the applicable fiscal yearsalary. Such performance bonus, if any, shall be based upon performance objectives to be mutually determined by the CEO and EmployeeBoard of Directors.

Incentive Bonus. In addition to the base salary, Employee may receive a performance bonus during each year of employment with the Company under this Agreement equal to an amount to be determined by the CEO and the Compensation Committee of the Board. The amount of such annual performance bonus shall not be less than 50% of Employee’s then current base salary for the applicable fiscal year. Such performance bonus, if any, shall be based upon performance objectives to be mutually determined by the CEO and Employee. The target amount of this bonus when objectives are met shall be no less than 50% of the Employee’s then current salary for the applicable fiscal year.

Incentive Bonus. In addition to the base salary, Employee may receive a performance bonus during each year of employment with the Company under this Agreement equal to an amount amount, if any, to be determined by the CEO and the Compensation Committee of the BoardBoard in their discretion. The target amount of such annual performance bonus shall not initially be less than 5060% of Employee’s then current base salary for the applicable fiscal yearyear although actual payment may be more or less than the target amount. Such performance bonus, if any, shall be based upon performance objectives to be mutually determined by the CEO and Employeepaid only if Employee is actively employed through the entire performance measurement period.

In addition to the base salary, Employee may receive a performance bonus during each year of employment with the Company under this Agreement equal to an amount to be determined by the CEO and the Compensation Committee of the Board. The amount of such annual performance bonus shall not be less than 50% of Employee’s then current base salary for the applicable fiscal year. Such performance bonus, if any, shall be based upon performance objectives to be mutually determined by the CEO and Employee. Performance bonus participation shall begin in 2009.

In addition to the base salary, effective as of October 1, 2008, Employee may receive a performance bonus during each year of employment with the Company under this Agreement equal to an amount to be determined by the CEO and the Compensation Committee of the Board. The amount of such annual performance bonus shall not be less than 50% of Employee’s then current base salary for the applicable fiscal year. Such performance bonus, if any, shall be based upon performance objectives to be mutually determined by the CEO and Employee.

Such performance bonus, if any, shall be based upon performance objectives to be mutually determined by the CEO and Employee.

The target amount of such annual performance bonus shall not initially be less than 50% of Employee’s then current base salary for the applicable fiscal yearyear although actual payment may be more or less than the target amount. Such performance bonus, if any, shall be based upon performance objectives to be mutually determined by the CEO and Employeeand, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, paid only if Employee is actively employed through the entire performance measurement period.

The amount of such annual performance bonus shall not be less than fifty percent (50% %) of Employee’s then current base salary for the applicable fiscal year. Such performance bonus, if any, shall be based upon performance objectives to be mutually determined by the CEO Compensation Committee of the Board and the Employee.
