– Incentive for Riding Bus or Train. ‌ An employee who rides to work on the regular route of a bus or a train, in full uniform, for a minimum of fifteen (15) minutes each way, shall be paid for one-half (½) hour of straight time pay for each day the ride is competed in both directions. Riding only one way will not qualify for compensation with one exception: An employee may qualify for one-half (½) hour of straight time pay if the one-way ride in full uniform is at least thirty (30) minutes one-way and a ride on a regular transit route is not available at the other end of the employee’s shift.
