Incidence of Loss. Borrower shall notify Lender immediately upon any incidence of loss or damage to the property, materials or equipment related to the project. Risk of loss shall be upon Borrower and shall be covered by requirements of Article III. Any incidence of damage or loss to properties purchased, developed or rehabilitated with funds under this Agreement shall be reported to the Oklahoma City Police Department immediately and a copy of the police report shall be submitted to Lender within five (5) business days from the incident of loss or damage.

Incidence of Loss. Developer shall notify the CITY’s designated project manager immediately upon any incidence of loss or damage to the property, materials or equipment related to the project. Risk of loss shall be upon Developer and shall be covered by requirements of Article III hereof. Any incidence of damage or loss to properties purchased, developed or rehabilitated with funds under this Agreement shall be reported to the police immediately and thereafter a copy of the police report shall be submitted to CITY within five (5) business days from the incident of loss or damage.

Furniture or fixtures are assigned to residence facilities and common areas on a room or area basis by UCF DHRL, and may not be moved or transferred from the assigned room or area without prior written or electronically reproducible permission from UCF DHRL. Changes or modifications to residence accommodations are prohibited, unless specifically authorized by a prior written or electronically reproducible approval from UCF DHRL.

  • Maintenance of Coverage Consultant shall not cancel, assign, or change any policy of insurance required by this agreement or engage in any act or omission that will cause its insurer to cancel any insurance policy required by this agreement except after providing 30 days prior notice to the City. If an insurance policy required by this agreement is unilaterally cancelled or changed by the insurer, Consultant shall immediately provide written notice to the City and obtain substitute insurance meeting the requirements of this agreement. Nothing in this paragraph relieves Consultant of its obligation to maintain all insurance required by this agreement at all times during the term of the agreement.
