Incident Reports. An incident report (IR) may be written to document an infraction of this University Housing Contract or Clemson Student Code of Conduct regulations. Infractions of University Housing policies may be dealt with administratively or through the student judicial system administered by the Office of Community and Ethical Standards (OCES).
