Common use of Includable Compensation Clause in Contracts

Includable Compensation. Change in Control Severance Benefits and General Severance Benefits provided hereunder shall not be considered “includable compensation” for purposes of determining the Executive’s benefits under any other plan or program of a Participating Company unless otherwise provided by such other plan or program.
