Inclusion in Documents. The recognized insignia of the Union shall include the designation “COPE, LOCAL 378”. This designation shall, at the employee’s option, be placed on any document which is prepared or processed in any form or manner, in whole or in part, by any member of the Union. This designation shall be placed at the bottom of the last page of any such document.
