Common use of Inclusion of Contract Terms in Contractor's Documents Clause in Contracts

Inclusion of Contract Terms in Contractor's Documents. The Contractor shall include all of the clauses and provisions of this Contract in all subcontracts it enters into pursuant to this Contract. The clauses and provisions shall be altered only as necessary to identify properly the contracting parties and the Contracting Officer under this Contract or as otherwise deemed necessary by the Airports Authority. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the damage and indemnification provisions contained in Sections 8.01, 8.02A, 8.02B, 8.02C, and 8.02D herein, when incorporated into a subcontract, shall clearly state that the subcontractor’s indemnification relates only to the subcontractor’s activities on the Airport, not to all of the Contractor’s activities on the Airport.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the damage and indemnification provisions contained in Sections 8.0112.01,12.02, 8.02A12.03 12.04, 8.02B, 8.02C12.05, and 8.02D 12.06 herein, when incorporated into a subcontract, shall clearly state that the subcontractor’s 's indemnification relates only to the subcontractor’s 's activities on the Airport, not to all of the Contractor’s 's activities on the Airport.
