Inclusion Of Other Nonacademic Employees In The Bargaining Unit. Other nonacademic employees who carry out faculty duties under the provisions of this Appendix shall be included as part-time academic employees in the bargaining unit, and their terms and conditions of employment while carrying out such duties shall be governed by the AGREEMENT.
