DURATION AND CONDITIONS. 27.1 Any individual agreement between the District and individual faculty member within the representational unit of this Agreement heretofore executed shall be subject to and made subject to and consistent with the terms of this or subsequent agreements to be executed by both parties. If an individual agreement contains any language inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement, during its duration, shall be controlling.
27.2 This Agreement shall supersede any rules, regulations, or practices of the District which are or may be in the future contrary to or inconsistent with its terms. The provisions of the Agreement shall be considered part of the established policies of the District.
27.3 For the duration of this Agreement, the Guild and the District shall not be obligated to meet and negotiate with respect to any subject or matter, except those articles in the Agreement which specifically call for meeting and negotiating.
27.4 This Agreement shall constitute the full and complete commitment between both parties and shall supersede and cancel all previous agreements, both written and oral. This Agreement may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from or modified only through the voluntary, mutual consent of the parties in a written and signed amendment to this Agreement.
27.5 The duration of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2011 (except as provided below).
27.6 The parties agree to amend this Agreement as necessary to implement the resource allocation formula. Any economic improvements will be paid from the resource allocation formula (see Appendix X).

DURATION AND CONDITIONS. Up to eight (8) hours per day may be paid at the employee's regular straight-time hourly rate of pay for time actually lost from the employee's regular schedule due to such absence, as follows:

DURATION AND CONDITIONS. The Employer will compensate employees their basic earnings (exclusive of overtime) for the first five (5) days of jury service. To qualify for compensation for jury duty, the jury duty must occur on a day on which the employee was otherwise scheduled to work for the Employer. The Employer requires employees who are summoned for jury duty to:
a. Notify their Supervisor within five (5) working days of receipt of the jury summons;
b. Provide a receipt from the clerk of the court showing the time served; and
c. Report for work during any business hours when their presence as a juror is not required. When summoned to serve on a jury, employees should immediately notify their Supervisor so that work schedules and assignments can be adjusted accordingly. Employees should also remind their Supervisor the day before they are scheduled to begin serving. The Employer has the right to request an employee to postpone jury duty service.
DURATION AND CONDITIONS. The offer must remain open for at least 60 business days and must be extended for at least 20 business days after the last increase in the price offered and after any bona fide higher alternative offer is made. The offer must be subject only to customary terms and conditions, which may in no event include any satisfaction of any conditions relating to the business, financial condition, results of operations or prospects of the Corporation other than such as are based on information publicly disclosed by the Corporation.
