Disputes that may arise concerning questions over the appropriate inclusion or exclusion of specific jobs and/or classifications that presently exist as of the date of execution of this MOU shall be discussed between the parties. Any disagreements concerning the continuing inclusion or exclusion of existing classifications or positions in the bargaining unit represented by the Union shall be promptly submitted to the State Higher Education Labor Relations Board for unit clarification and disposition. The University shall provide AFSCME with a list of existing non- exempt bargaining unit classifications at the beginning of every semester.
