Non-Retaliation for Filing Grievances. The University further agrees that it shall not retaliate against employees because of the filing of any grievance, complaint, or proceeding under this Agreement.

  • Non-Retaliation The Contractor agrees to prohibit retaliation, discharge or otherwise discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment who has inquired about, discussed or disclosed their compensation.

  • Employee Grievances 3.2(a) Grievances on behalf of employees shall be handled as follows:

  • Employee Grievance If an employee considers there has been a significant change to the job content of the position held, the employee may initiate a grievance by using Step 1 of the Grievance Procedure.
