INCOME REPLACEMENT PLANS. 16.01 Each member shall be eligible to receive Short-Term Disability benefits following three (3) months of continuous service. 16.02 The Short-Term Disability Plan provides for the continuation of salary in whole and/or in part, for a period of eight hundred (800) hours if a member is absent due to non-occupational illness or accident.
