Inconsistencies Between the Agreement and FMLA. 1. All terms which are not defined specifically in this Agreement shall have the same meaning as those terms defined in the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, as amended in 2009 and its implementing regulations. If there are any inconsistencies between this Section and the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, as amended in 2009 the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, as amended in 2009 shall prevail. 2. FMLA does not limit or enlarge entitlement to paid or unpaid leave for which a teacher is otherwise eligible under the Agreement.
