Special Education Case Loads Clause Samples

The 'Special Education Case Loads' clause defines the maximum number of students with special education needs that a teacher or specialist may be assigned to support. Typically, this clause outlines specific numerical limits or ratios, which may vary depending on the severity of students' needs, grade levels, or types of services provided. By establishing clear case load limits, the clause ensures that educators can provide adequate attention and support to each student, thereby maintaining quality of instruction and compliance with legal or contractual requirements.
