Incorporation of Common Terms Agreement. The Borrower agrees with each KEXIM Covered Facility Lender, the KEXIM Facility Agent and the Common Security Trustee that it will perform or observe (as applicable) the obligations set forth in Section 6 (Affirmative Covenants), Section 7 (Negative Covenants) and Section 8 (Reporting Requirements) of the Common Terms Agreement in accordance with the terms thereof.
