Common use of Incorporation of Common Terms Agreement Clause in Contracts

Incorporation of Common Terms Agreement. The representations and warranties of the Loan Parties set forth in Article 5 (Representations and Warranties of the Loan Parties) of the Common Terms Agreement have been made, and will be made, to and for the benefit of each of the Term Lenders and shall apply mutatis mutandis to this Agreement as if fully set forth in this Article V.
