Incorporation of Original Agreement Sample Clauses

Incorporation of Original Agreement. The Original Agreement is attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Original Agreement, the Original Agreement is incorporated into this Agreement as though its terms are fully set forth below. This Agreement and the Original Agreement together constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this agreement, and supersede all previous negotiations, proposals, commitments, writings, advertisements, publications, and understandings of any nature unless those things are expressly included in this Agreement.

Incorporation of Original Agreement. The Original Agreement between City, and Vendor is hereby incorporated by reference as if set forth herein in its entirety and remains in full force and effect, except for those terms and conditions expressly amended by this Second Amendment.
