Incorporation of Original Agreement. The Original Agreement is attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Original Agreement, the Original Agreement is incorporated into this Agreement as though its terms are fully set forth below. This Agreement and the Original Agreement together constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this agreement, and supersede all previous negotiations, proposals, commitments, writings, advertisements, publications, and understandings of any nature unless those things are expressly included in this Agreement.
Incorporation of Original Agreement. The Original Agreement between City, and Vendor is hereby incorporated by reference as if set forth herein in its entirety and remains in full force and effect, except for those terms and conditions expressly amended by this Second Amendment.
Incorporation of Original Agreement. The initial agreement and its prior amendments (hereafter collectively referred to as the “original agreement”) are attached to this amendment as Exhibit A and made a part of this amended agreement.
Incorporation of Original Agreement. The terms of the Original Agreement, except as amended in this Agreement, are incorporated herein by reference and shall form a part of this Agreement as if set forth herein in their entirety.
Incorporation of Original Agreement. This Amending Agreement is supplemental to and shall be read in conjunction with the Original Agreement, and the Original Agreement and this Amending Agreement shall have effect so far as practicable as if all the provisions thereof and hereof were contained in one document.
Incorporation of Original Agreement. The Original Agreement between City and Contractor is hereby incorporated by reference as if set forth herein in its entirety and remains in full force and effect, except for those terms and conditions expressly amended by this Second Amendment.
