Common use of Incorporation of Plans, Drawings and Specifications Clause in Contracts

Incorporation of Plans, Drawings and Specifications. Upon approval, the final plans, drawings and specifications associated with any Alterations shall be deemed to be a part of this Contract. All Alterations done by the Contractor pursuant to this Contract shall be consistent with the plans, drawings and specifications approved by the Contracting Officer for this Contract.
