Incorporation of Student Work in Faculty Authored Works. If a faculty work includes student work, including, without limitation, research, text, photographs, drawings, charts, software or includes student names, likenesses or other identifying indicia of a student, the faculty member must obtain the student’s written permission to incorporate such student work in a faculty work.   • School Improvement Plan As permitted under IC § 20-10.2-3-1.5, the Charter shall serve as the Charter School's strategic and continuous school improvement and achievement plan (hereafter, the "School Improvement Plan"). To the extent that IC § 20-10.2 applies to the Charter in its function as the School Improvement Plan, the Organizer shall comply with the requirements under IC § 20-10.2.
