INCREASE IN COST OF INSURANCE. Airline shall not use the Premises in any manner not contemplated by this Agreement so as to increase the existing rates of insurance applicable to the buildings or structures of which the Premises are a part. If it nevertheless does so, then, at the option of the Port, the full amount of any resulting increase in premiums paid by the Port with respect to the buildings or structures of which the Premises are a part, and to the extent allocable to the Term, shall be paid by Airline to the Port. Conversely, the Port shall not use the Public Areas in any manner not contemplated by this Agreement so as to increase the existing rates of insurance applicable to the Airline’s Premises. If it nevertheless does so, then, at the option of the Airline, the full amount of any resulting increase in premiums paid by the Airline with respect to the buildings or structures of which the Premises are a part, and to the extent allocable to the Term, shall be paid by Port to the Airline.

If Airline shall do so, then, at the City’s option, the full amount of any resulting increase in premiums paid by the City, and to the extent allocable to the Term, shall be paid by Airline to the City.

If Authority shall do so, then, at the option of Airline, the full amount of any resulting increase in premiums paid by Airline with respect to the buildings or structures of which the Premises are a part, and to the extent allocable to the Term, shall be paid by Authority to Airline. General Laws. Airline shall comply with all Applicable Laws.

  • Cost of Insurance The cost of all insurance required herein to be secured and maintained by Engineer shall be borne solely by Engineer, with certificates of insurance evidencing such minimum coverage in force to be filed with County. Such Certificates of Insurance are evidenced as Exhibit F herein entitled “Certificates of Insurance.”

  • Increase in Insurance Premiums If an increase in any insurance premiums paid by Landlord for the Building is caused by Tenant's use of the Premises or if Tenant vacates the Premises and causes an increase in such premiums, then Tenant shall pay as additional rent the amount of such increase to Landlord.

  • Duration of Insurance Contribution An employee is eligible for School District contributions as provided in this Article as long as an employee is employed by the School District. Employees whose employment terminates during the school year will be eligible for insurance and district contributions to insurance through the end of the month in which they terminate provided they pay the employee portion of the insurance premium for that month. Otherwise, the employee’s insurance will terminate as of the last day of employment.

  • Period of Insurance Period of insurance means the period shown as such on the e-certificate and validation card, which time is taken as Greenwich Mean Time unless otherwise stated.

  • Amount of Insurance Coverage shall be provided with a limit of not less than $1,000,000.

  • Insurance Costs (08/19) Contractor shall be financially responsible for all premiums, deductibles, self-insured retentions, and self-insurance.

  • Termination of Insurance A. Your policy will lapse if you do not pay your premium when due. B. We may cancel your policy by mailing written notice to you at your most recent address in our records. We will send you this notice ten (10) days before we cancel your policy. C. You may cancel your policy at any time by notifying us in writing. D. We will refund unearned premiums on a prorated basis if either you or we cancel your policy.

  • Additional Coverage To the extent that insurance coverage provided by Consultant maintains higher limits than the minimums appearing in Exhibit B, City requires and shall be entitled to coverage for higher limits maintained.

  • Continuation of Insurance All policies of insurance shall provide for at least 30 days prior written cancellation notice to the Secured Party. In the event of failure by the Debtor to provide and maintain insurance as herein provided, the Secured Party may, at its option, provide such insurance and charge the amount thereof to the Debtor. The Debtor shall furnish the Secured Party with certificates of insurance and policies evidencing compliance with the foregoing insurance provision.

  • ADDITIONAL COVERAGES We cover the following in addition to the limits of liability: A. Claim Expenses 1. Expenses we incur and costs taxed against an "insured" in any suit we defend;
