Common use of Increase in Funding Clause in Contracts

Increase in Funding. We may increase the Funding from time to time without a variation to the Service Agreement, provided that: (a) We will notify You about any such increase and the relevant Funding Schedule will be deemed varied in accordance with the notice; and (b) a formal variation to the Service Agreement will be required where new or expanded Services are to be provided by You in connection with the increase in the Funding.
