Common use of Increases in Pricing Clause in Contracts

Increases in Pricing. For the hardware and bandwidth configurations defined in this Agreement, ERF may not increase the prices set forth in Schedule A by more than ten percent (10%) per year without the prior written consent of Schlumberger. Any price increase of less than ten percent (10%) is effective only upon thirty (30) days written notice to, and agreement by, Schlumberger.
