Increases to Wages and Allowances. In recognition of the productivity measures identified herein, the following payments shall be available to all employees covered by this agreement. 5.1 The rates of pay and allowances as provided in Appendix 1 shall apply. 5.2 The parties accept that this Agreement is in full and final settlement of all wage, terms and conditions claims. There will be no further claims on any other matter, including matters concerning Incolink, Co-Invest and VBIA during the period of this Agreement. 5.3 The parties agree they will not pursue any further claims during the nominal life of this Agreement in relation to matters covered by this Agreement.
