Increment Payable. The annual increment is payable to a teacher who is absent under the following circumstances: i. on exchange or on a special assignment in the field of education carrying full pay. ii. one increment may be granted to a teacher on leave of absence for professional growth, provided a satisfactory statement is submitted covering the case.
