Employees on Leave of Absence. Employees on unpaid leave of absence shall be eligible to purchase medical, extended health, group life insurance and dental plan benefits.
Employees on Leave of Absence. After the Distribution Date, Bio-Vascular ----------------------------- shall assume responsibility, if any, as employer for all Employees returning from an approved leave of absence who prior to the Distribution Date were employed in the Retained Business. After the Distribution Date, Vital Images shall assume responsibility, if any, as employer for all Employees returning from an approved leave of absence who prior to the Distribution Date were employed in the Vital Images Business.
Employees on Leave of Absence. After the Distribution Date, Choice shall assume responsibility, if any, as employer for all Employees returning to Choice or a Choice Business from an approved leave of absence who prior to the Distribution Date were employed in a Choice Business. After the Distribution Date, Manor Care shall assume responsibility, if any, as employer for all Employees returning to Manor Care or a Retained Business from an approved leave of absence who prior to the Distribution Date were employed in a Retained Business.
Employees on Leave of Absence. Employees on approved leaves of absences shall be served notice of position elimination and can elect to make their choice while on leave or when they return to work. If the employee makes their selection upon their return to work, their choice will be based on the vacancies and seniority lists current at that time. Employees are not subject to lay off until completion of such approved leaves of absence.

After the Distribution Date, ----------------------------- Choice shall assume responsibility, if any, as employer for all Employees returning to Choice or a Choice Business from an approved leave of absence who prior to the Distribution Date were employed in a Choice Business. After the Distribution Date, Sunburst shall assume responsibility, if any, as employer for all Employees returning to Sunburst or a Retained Business from an approved leave of absence who prior to the Distribution Date were employed in a Retained Business.

After the Distribution Date, Lakes shall assume responsibility, if any, as employer for all Employees returning from an approved leave of absence who prior to the Distribution Date were employed in a Lakes Business. After the Distribution Date, Company shall assume responsibility, if any, as employer for all Employees returning from an approved leave of absence who prior to the Distribution Date were employed in a Company Retained Business or otherwise were not employed in a Lakes Business.
Employees on Leave of Absence. After the Distribution Date, Park Place shall assume responsibility, if any, as employer for all Employees returning from an approved leave of absence who prior to the Distribution Date were employed in a Park Place Business. After the Distribution Date, Hilton shall assume responsibility, if any, as employer for all Employees returning from an approved leave of absence who prior to the Distribution Date were not employed in a Park Place Business.
Employees on Leave of Absence. After the Distribution Date, PriceSmart shall assume responsibility, if any, as employer for all Employees returning from an approved leave of absence who prior to the Distribution Date were employed in a Transferred Business. After the Distribution Date, PEI shall assume responsibility, if any, as employer for all Employees returning from an approved leave of absence who prior to the Distribution Date were not employed in a Transferred Business.
Employees on Leave of Absence. As of the Distribution Date, Crestline shall assume responsibility, if any, as employer for any individual returning from an approved leave of absence who prior to the Distribution Date was employed by HMC or any subsidiary of HMC (other than Crestline) and who but for such approved leave of absence would be an active employee of Crestline on or after the Distribution Date. As of the Contribution Date, HMLP shall assume responsibility, if any, as employer for an individual returning from an approved leave of absence who prior to the Contribution Date was employed by HMC or any subsidiary of HMC (other than Crestline) and who but for such approved leave of absence would be an active employee of HMLP or its affiliates on or after the Contribution Date.
Employees on Leave of Absence. Employees who take a leave of absence in excess of four (4) weeks shall have their vacation entitlement reduced on a pro-rata basis.
