Indebtedness for Advanced Annual Leave at Termination of Service. Any indebtedness for advanced annual leave by a unit member upon termination of service shall be resolved as follows: a. The amount due shall be deducted from the unit member’s earned salary. b. Terminating unit members who are not due to receive earned salary shall be billed for the amount of indebtedness.
