Borrower and its Subsidiaries (i) in respect of industrial revenue bonds or other similar governmental or municipal bonds, (ii) evidencing the deferred purchase price of newly acquired property or incurred to finance the acquisi- tion of property of the U.S. Borrower and its Subsidiaries (pursuant to purchase money mortgages or otherwise, whether owed to the seller or a third party) used in the ordinary course of business of the U.S. Borrower and its Subsidiaries (provided that such Indebtedness is incurred within 90 days of the acquisition of such property) and (iii) Capitalized Lease Liabilities; provided that the aggregate amount of all Indebtedness outstanding pursuant to this clause (e) shall not at any time exceed $7,500,000;
