T&E Services. A. Travel and Entertainment (“T&E”) Merchants. A merchant whose primary function is to provide travel related services shall be referred to as a Travel & Entertainment (“T&E”) Merchant. These include, but are not limited to, car rental, lodging, and central reservation services. A T&E Merchant may process delayed or amended charges if the Cardholder has consented to be liable for those charges. These charges may NOT include charges for loss, theft, or damage.
