Indemnities relating to Seller Representatives Services. 19.3.1 The Buyer shall, except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the Seller, its Affiliates, subcontractors, Suppliers, their respective directors, officers, agents or employees, be solely liable for and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Seller, its Affiliates, its Suppliers and their respective insurers from and against all liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including legal expenses and attorney fees) for all injuries to or death [***] and for loss of or damage to property and/or loss of use thereof howsoever [***] the Seller’s Representatives’ Services.
