Independent Audit The Grantee shall submit, in a format specified by the department, the independent financial compliance audit prepared by an independent Certified Public Accountant for the previous fiscal year. The audit shall follow the General Grant Requirements of Sections VIII (F) and (G) and be submitted no later than March 1 of the current fiscal year.
Independent Audits The Department staff shall review annual independent audits for adherence to generally accepted auditing principles and to the Department’s audit instructions. Incomplete or incorrect audits may be returned to the Grantee for correction.
Single Audit Report A. The parties shall comply with the requirements of the Single Audit Act of 1984, P.L. 98-502, ensuring that the single audit report includes the coverage stipulated in 2 CFR 200.
Audit Findings Vendor shall implement any required safeguards as identified by Citizens or by any audit of Vendor’s privacy and security controls.
Financial Statement Audit If, during its fiscal year, Grantee expends less than $750,000 in Federal Awards, Grantee is subject to the following audit requirements:
Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.
Single Audit Act Compliance If the Contractor is a subrecipient and expends $750,000 or more in federal awards from any and/or all sources in any fiscal year, the Contractor shall procure and pay for a single audit or a program-specific audit for that fiscal year. Final Audit Report Contractor shall promptly submit to the State a copy of any final audit report of an audit performed on Contractor’s records that relates to or affects this Contract or the Work, whether the audit is conducted by Contractor or a third party.
HHS Single Audit Unit will notify Grantee to complete the Single Audit Determination Form If Grantee fails to complete the form within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of notice, Grantee maybe subject to sanctions and remedies for non-compliance.
