Independent Contract Consideration. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, One Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($100.00) of the Deposit is delivered to the Escrow Holder for delivery to Existing Owner as “Independent Contract Consideration”, and the Deposit is reduced by the amount of the Independent Contract Consideration so delivered to Existing Owner, which amount has been bargained for and agreed to as consideration for Seller’s execution and delivery of this Agreement.
