Common use of Independent Contractor Coverages Clause in Contracts

Independent Contractor Coverages. When Lessor obtains the services of an independent contractor for any services associated with construction of Unit 2, Lessor shall cause such independent contractor to obtain and maintain similar coverage as appropriate for the scope of contract work to be performed.

Independent Contractor Coverages. When Lessor obtains the services of an independent contractor for any services associated with construction of Unit 21, Lessor shall cause such independent contractor to obtain and maintain similar coverage as appropriate for the scope of contract work to be performed.
