Independent Contractor Coverages. When Lessee obtains the services of an independent contractor for any services associated with the Leased Facility, Lessee shall cause such independent contractor to obtain and maintain in full force and effect: Commercial general liability insurance coverage which includes premises/operations, products/completed operations, broad form property damage, advertising injury and personal injury; Worker's Compensation insurance in compliance with the applicable Laws of each relevant State and employers' liability insurance coverage; and Automobile liability insurance for any auto including all owned (if any), non-owned and hired vehicles; all with limits appropriate for the scope of contract work to be performed.
