Independent Contractors; No Third-Party Beneficiaries. The parties have the status of independent contractors, and nothing in this SaaS Agreement nor the conduct of the parties will be deemed to place the parties in any other relationship. Except as provided in this SaaS Agreement, neither party shall be responsible for the acts or omissions of the other party or the other party’s personnel. There are no third-party beneficiaries under this SaaS Agreement.
