Independent Financial Audit(s. (A) The Contractor shall notify the Department of the dates of the entrance and exit conferences with the independent CPA firm conducting annual independent financial audits with the Contractor and shall allow the Department to participate in those conferences. (B) The Contractor shall electronically submit to the Department a copy of the final annual independent financial audit that is conducted to satisfy the financial audit requirement for the Local Authority. The Contractor shall submit a final copy of the report to the Department.
