Common use of Independent Learning Modules Clause in Contracts

Independent Learning Modules. 25.02.01 The maximum number of lessons (including examinations) a teacher shall correct during the school year shall be: Effective September 1, 2014 [460 lessons] times [# of periods assigned to exclusively deliver ILM per year] This includes students 21 years of age, and older. “Independent Learning Modules” shall be defined as 20 lessons associated with 110 hours of instruction to achieve a credit. Should the number of lessons associated with 110 hours of instruction to achieve a credit decrease/increase, the maximum number of lessons calculated, using the formula above, shall be adjusted, decreasing/increasing the total amount proportionally.
