Independent Studies. Sample Provision 1: “The Parties expressly reserve the right to perform independent NRDA studies, i.e., studies on which the Parties have not agreed and that are not governed by this Agreement (Independent Studies). The Trustees reserve their right to seek reimbursement of costs arising from or related to Independent Studies to the extent permitted under CERCLA, 43 C.F.R.
