INDIAN RESERVATIONS. ECO Fuel Cells and H Power shall both have non-exclusive rights to sales of Fuel Cell Power Systems for Stationary Applications on Indian reservations. These sales shall not be subject to any payments for distribution rights under Article 3.C.
