No changes to Indicators, Baselines or Targets may be made in the ITT until the changes have been approved in accordance with the M&E Policy. Additional guidance on indicator reporting is contained in the QDRP Guidance and the Guidance on the Indicator Tracking Table. The M&E Plan shall contain the monitoring Indicators listed in Table(s) 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3.
